About Me:

I am an experienced UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor working with individuals and groups. I believe that human connection can be transformative and helping my clients and supervisees feel understood is at the heart of what I do. I have been in clinical practice since 2013 with experience in a variety of professional fields including the NHS, women’s specialist services, community organisations and higher education.

I specialise in working with the unique experiences of women, including gender-based violence and abuse, difficulties relating to pregnancy and motherhood, infertility, identity, health and life transitions. I am trained in the treatment of trauma from a body informed and Sensorimotor approach.

I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and offer an inclusive space where diversity and difference is valued and celebrated. Anti-oppressive practice and trauma-informed principles underpin my approach.

I appreciate how difficult it can be to find a qualified and experienced psychotherapist or supervisor who you can trust. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my qualifications and experience.
